Cyber Security Consultancy Services

Protect your business with our enterprise-grade expertise and comprehensive dashboard that mitigates the risks your organisation faces

Cyber security and risk experts at your service

Technology is nothing without the people and expertise around it. Our team of cyber security experts deliver enterprise-grade consulting for large corporations, government, household name brands, medium-size organisations, and across sectors such as financial services, banking, aerospace and leisure.

Cyber security consulting services play a pivotal role in the Quod Orbis offering, either as standalone services or alongside the Quod Orbis CCM (Continuous Controls Monitoring) managed platform.

In all cases, our aim is always to enable our clients to fully understand their real risk, to gain an expert, objective view and, from there, develop the most appropriate and sustainable mitigation strategies.

Our consultancy services fall into three main categories: Cyber SecurityDigital Transformation and Digital Innovation.

Digital transformation consultancy services

With businesses moving their operations to the cloud and deploying digital technologies at pace, a realignment of cyber security strategy is required.

We work alongside our clients to identify and deliver long-term cyber security strategy and roadmaps for the future, whether planning for growth, consolidation or an M&A.

Businesses often work in silos, which creates duplication in resources when it comes to project management and inefficiencies. We identify scope for improved efficiency and security, and reduced complexity through better visibility and controls.

In short, by putting our clients in control we reduce their risk.

Cyber security consultancy services

Despite increased spend on cyber security, risk has never been greater. You only need to look at some of the world’s leading brands who in recent times have suffered significant financial and reputational damage from breaches.

Quod Orbis delivers a new approach to cyber security called Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM). By monitoring security controls in real time we can define the risk, then apply the appropriate control and automation needed to reduce the exposure.

In fact, an increasingly large portion of our cyber consultancy is around CCM Readiness, which includes maturity assessment and identifying your current position and future goals in relation to digital and cyber risk mitigation.

Digital innovation consultancy services

We help our clients to reduce risk, streamline operations and improve customer service through the cost-effective deployment of technologies – and particularly new technologies that can present both new benefits and new challenges.

One example of this is the way we help our clients navigate through new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). We help you understand not only how these new technologies will support your business but also how they can be used to keep the organisation, its systems and data secure.

AI, for example, can work alongside your internal cyber security staff and help to fill the often-reported cyber security skills gap. At the same time, it can be used to answer an increasing range of customer enquiries via easy-to-access service channels such as online chat.

Our people, who are amongst the most experienced and knowledgeable in the cyber security sector, create flexible solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Our Cybersecurity Dashboard

Our cybersecurity dashboard is a visual representation of an organisation’s security posture. It typically includes information on threats, vulnerabilities, incidents, and compliance. Our Cybersecurity dashboard is used by security teams to monitor their environment for threats, identify and respond to incidents, and track their progress towards compliance goals.

The Quod Orbis Cybersecurity dashboard works by collecting data from a variety of sources, such as security information and event management (SIEM) systems, vulnerability scanners, and compliance frameworks. This data is then aggregated and presented in a way that is easy to understand and interpret.

Businesses need cybersecurity dashboards because they provide a centralised view of their security posture. This allows security teams to make informed decisions about how to allocate their resources and prioritise their efforts. Our Cybersecurity dashboard can also help businesses to comply with regulations, such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

How CCM can help

Continuous controls monitoring (CCM) is a process of continuously assessing the effectiveness of an organisation’s security controls. CCM is an important part of any cybersecurity program, as it helps to ensure that the organisation’s security posture is maintained over time.

Cybersecurity dashboards can be used to support CCM by providing a way to track the effectiveness of security controls. For example, a dashboard could show the number of security incidents that have been prevented by a particular control. This information can be used to identify controls that are not effective and to prioritize remediation efforts.

The Quod Orbis platform is a cloud-based platform that provides a comprehensive set of tools for cybersecurity monitoring. The platform includes a cybersecurity dashboard that provides a centralised view of an organisation’s security posture. The dashboard includes information on threats, vulnerabilities, incidents, and compliance. The dashboard also includes a variety of tools for analysing and reporting on security data.

The Quod Orbis platform is a good choice for businesses that are looking for a comprehensive and easy-to-use cybersecurity monitoring solution. The platform’s cybersecurity dashboard provides a centralised view of an organisation’s security posture, which can help businesses to make informed decisions about how to allocate their resources and prioritise their efforts. The platform’s tools for analysing and reporting on security data can also help businesses to comply with regulations.

Here are some of the benefits of CCM

  • Increased visibility into your security posture
  • Continuous monitoring
  • Improved decision-making
  • Faster incident response
  • Enhanced compliance
  • Reduced risk

The Quod Orbis dashboard is easy to use and provides a comprehensive view of your security posture. The platform also includes a variety of tools for analysing and reporting on security data.
